Denver will be the host city of the 2012 NCAA Women’s Final Four to be held March 30 – April 3, 2012, with the tournament games scheduled for April 1 and 3 at the Pepsi Center. The event is expected to bring 30,000 visitors and generate $20 million in spending in the Mile High City. 

Small Smiles Dental Centers will offer free dental screenings during “Healthy Smile, Happy Child Day” on February 14, 2012, at their locations at 1400 Grove Street in Denver, 550 E. Thornton Parkway in Thornton, 14251 E. 6th Avenue in Aurora, and 2400 West 16th Street in Greeley. The free screenings will be offered from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., and are part of an effort to promote healthy smiles during Children’s Dental Health Month in February.

What:             Twilight mania will sweep into Denver when Twi-Hards gather at Target stores for a sneak peek at a world-premier scene featuring Edward and Bella from “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2.” During the exclusive scene, fans will see Bella as a vampire for the first time and a clue from Alice will be revealed – unveiling a major plot point from the fifth and final film. A special greeting from cast members will round out the exclusive preview.
