It was a day of law and order as jail inmates said: "May I take your order, please?"

Graduation day was March 3 for seven Adams County inmates who completed the In2Work program, a six-month course in restaurant operations and food preparation that can lead to jobs. The class included an eighth inmate who had been released the day before, plus an employee of Aramark, the company that provides food service at the county jail.
